This sales catalog produced by the Hershey Chocolate Company contains lovely images of their products. Advertised as "More Sustaining Than Meat," their sweet milk chocolate bars bore covers that were, and are to this day, a study in advertising elegance. Early images of Hershey's Kisses are featured, as well as a few products that no longer exist (such as ten pound cakes of chocolate and Hershey's Mint Flavor Chewing Gum). Both Dutch process and American process cocoa were available in their own unique, colorful tins. The catalog also contains early images of the Hershey chocolate factory in Pennsylvania and the Hershey sugar mill in Cuba. The sugar mill produced over 150,000,000 pounds of sugar every six months.
